- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

- Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging with all accessories
- Process: Contact us first for return authorization
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened board games or puzzles with broken original seals
- Opened or damaged items from our « À collectionner » (Collectibles) category
- Used children’s toys or games
Step-by-Step Return Process

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:

- Product name you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange (specify replacement product if exchanging)
2. Wait for Instructions
Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping address. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
3. Ship Your Return
Package the item carefully (like you’d protect your favorite strategy game pieces) and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
4. Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the status of your request.
Refund Details
Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Details
For exchanges:
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
- Processing time is the same as for new orders
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
